Perfect 10/10 stay and favourable location.
Stayed here with my children, everything was fine. Nico made everything for all of me. Perfect place to stay close enough to the old town and Murcia, Cartagena, and Benidorm and Alicante. I loved this apartment and will be back...

Great location, close to old town and felt safe. No meeting with Nico, but always available by phone. Taxi arrangements were helpful. Less than 5 min walk to old town. Comfortable beds and spacious apartment. Amazing views of the sea and mountains. Garage available for parking. Recommend for a relaxing vacation.

This place is located in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all that Alicante has to offer. The apartment is incredibly well-maintained and perfectly positioned. The beddings, linen, and towels are all of great quality. The Beach readiness kit provided is a nice touch. The host Nico goes above and beyond to take care of his guests, providing excellent service. There are amazing cafes, restaurants, and groceries in the surrounding area. And let's not forget about the awesome kitchen where you can try out your cooking skills. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views of the beach and castle. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including air conditioning. this is an exceptional place to stay in Alicante, definitely worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing location with stunning views of the beach and close proximity to main attractions and downtown. The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The host, Nico, is incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for dinner and places to visit, and assisting with transportation. The beach is just across the street, making it easily accessible. The hotel facilities are superb, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
